Free shipping on every order to the contiguous United States.
Where we ship
Teratect currently ships only within the United States, to all 48 contiguous states. We're unable to ship internationally, to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Delivery
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days of shipping. Larger items such as sofas, loveseats and beds may arrive in more than one box and on different days — that's normal. Items ship to your door by ground carrier; please inspect boxes on arrival and note any visible damage with the carrier.
Tracking your order
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or sign in to your account to see order status. If tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, contact us and we'll look into it.
Damaged or missing items
If anything arrives damaged or a box is missing, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement part, item or refund at no cost to you.
