Returns & exchanges

If you're not completely happy, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Items must be unused, in original condition and, where possible, in original packaging.

1. Email us or use the contact form with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it using the instructions provided.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund is issued within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Original free shipping is non-refundable.

• Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or assembled and altered
