Orders & shipping
Do you ship outside the United States?
No — Teratect ships only within the contiguous United States (48 states). We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or internationally.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous US.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 7–14 business days after shipping. You'll get a tracking link by email.
Will my order arrive in one box?
Larger pieces and sets may ship in multiple boxes, sometimes on different days.
Products
Do your chairs and sofas need assembly?
Most pieces need little or no assembly — typically just attaching legs. Any required hardware and instructions are included.
What is bouclé?
Bouclé is a textured fabric woven from looped yarn, giving it a soft, nubby, cloud-like feel. It's durable and hides everyday wear well.
What does 'performance fabric' mean?
Performance fabrics are engineered to resist stains and spills and are easy to wipe clean — ideal for dining chairs and homes with kids or pets.
How do I care for my furniture?
Vacuum upholstery regularly with a soft brush, blot spills immediately with a clean cloth, and keep pieces out of prolonged direct sunlight. Removable slipcovers can be washed per the care label.

What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. See our returns page for full details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. All prices are in US dollars.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is powered by Shopify and protected with SSL encryption. We never see or store your full card details.
